Service was amazing, food came came out on time, they made sure my cup was never empty. I love this place and will keep coming back. I never write reviews, but this place was so horrible I wouldn't want anyone else to subject themselves to an over priced horrible meal. The waitress mixed up our order. After 15 mins waiting she came back to get our order again. Then they forgot one of the orders. When the food came, the sauce for the eggs Benedict was the morning special was sour single cafe like yellow vinegar. Then when it came time for the bill she didn't split as was requested before we ordered the first time. The waitress just suggested we split the breakfast in half. Our server was discourteous and seemed to rush out of the restaurant. I didn't have any silverware at my table. This place isn't very good. They are taking advantage of the kind Healdsburg locals by pretending their reason for failure is the construction, when in reality it is the terrible food and service that is causing their demise. I've been a Healdsburg resident my entire life and I tried this place for the first single cafe today. I've realized that there is a reason I have never dined here and I will likely not ever come back unless this place were to make some serious changes. They will not let you make any substitutions, on anything. None of the omelets come with cheese, except for the cheese single cafe, so they charge you extra for an omelette with cheese. I am pretty surprised that the Single Tree presents their lack of business as a result of the construction, when in reality, it is their poor business practices and bad food that drives customers away. There's a McDonald's right down the street and I truly believe that I would have gotten better food and service there. Quality local spot in Sonoma for a solid, basic breakfast. Its location is just outside the main area of Healdsburg so it is mostly locals. Hashbrowns are some of the best I've ever had, and the omelets are all good - make sure to check out the specials, too. We also ordered a short stack of buttermilk pancakes, which were also solid. Then as we were paying our bill someone came in to tell us to move our car because it wasn't parked in a legitimate spot and was blocking the handicap entrance to the bathrooms. Fair enough but someone who worked there told us to park there when we pulled in - we didn't make up the spot. Where this became frustrating is when the manager owner. It's too bad because it's hard to find a good go-to for locals in a city that caters to tourism, but this will not be a go-to for us. You can find better options - such as Parrish Cafe right next door. It's a little pricier but great food and great service.
